By chance, I was seated next to Chris Lilly on the way to Denver, Colorado. I was looking through a golf magazine and we started talking. We soon realized that we had both been celebrities playing in the Bob Hope Classic. I don’t know much about cooking, but love good food–and it turns out Chris doesn’t know much about skiing. Chris is the executive chef and partner of Big Bob Gibson BBQ in Decatur, Alabama. He is also the Author of “Big Bob Gibson’s BBQ Book.” My wife and I have been doing the finishing touches on my book “22 Years for 22 Seconds” so it was fun talking about all the little details that are involved in creating a book.
